No registration or identity profile

Qwestly does not require an account, a full legal name, an email address, a phone number or a social-media login. Choose a nickname for your adventures; your real name is not needed. The app does not link this nickname to an account or identity-verification information. It asks for a school level and grade to adapt the teaching level, not for a school name, class letter, address or residential area.

What stays on your device

Your nickname, study preferences, interests, fictional mentor and avatar, lessons, conversations, progress and generated illustrations are saved on your device. Preferences help adapt the explanations and fictional characters. Avatars are generated from descriptions and preferences; Qwestly does not ask you to upload a photograph of yourself. This version does not use the camera, photo library or OCR. Device backups, if enabled in your operating system, are governed by your device and backup-provider settings.

Temporary processing by our server

When you request a lesson, a reply or an illustration, Qwestly sends the relevant study topic, textbook material, nickname, profile preferences, character descriptions and conversation context to our AI server at dexterius.koldashev.gr over HTTPS. The server uses this information to produce the requested answer or image. Connection information such as an IP address necessarily reaches the server to deliver the response. Our AI server does not retain request content, profiles, conversations, generated images or IP/technical logs after processing. There is no server-side learner account or lesson-history archive. The returned content is saved in the app on your device.

Information you choose to type

The app does not ask for identity documents, contact details or a precise location. Nicknames, grade numbers and study preferences are not used to identify a real-world person. However, you can disclose identifying or sensitive information yourself in a free-text field or message. Please do not enter your full name, address, phone number, school details or other private information into those fields.

No usage analytics or subscriptions

This version does not include Firebase Analytics or another usage-analytics service. It does not send screen-view or lesson-interaction statistics to Google. There are currently no subscriptions, in-app purchases or RevenueCat integration. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide any required information and choices before the new processing starts.

Children and parents

Qwestly is a school study aid. Parents or guardians should help younger learners choose a fictional nickname and suitable preferences, and explain that private information should not be included in messages. An avatar is a fictional generated character, not a photograph or identity record. AI answers can contain mistakes and should be checked with the textbook or a teacher.

Managing your local data

You can edit the current learner profile and delete individual lessons in the lesson history. Deleting a lesson removes its associated images when they are not also used by another lesson or profile. Changes to the current profile do not automatically change profile snapshots in earlier lessons. To remove remaining local app data, use the operating system's app-data deletion or full uninstall function; offloading an app may preserve data. Backups and files you exported or shared must be managed separately. Because our AI server keeps no learner archive, it cannot restore your local lesson history.

Website, support and requests

The Qwestly website has no usage-analytics scripts, advertising cookies, account or contact form. The website host may process technical access logs separately from the AI service. For support or privacy rights requests, contact the operator using the email buttons at https://qwestly.koldashev.gr/en/support.html. The address is displayed with an envelope symbol to make simple address scraping harder. Clicking a button opens your email application or copies the regular address; this does not submit a message through our website. If you send an email, your address and message are processed by the operator and email provider to reply, and may remain in email correspondence. Do not include children’s private information, credentials or payment details. Email correspondence and website logs are separate from the AI service, which does not retain lesson requests.
